THE WASTELAND
Neutral. At the southern border lies a vast expanse of flat, dusty earth, devoid of all but the most hardy and stalwart vegetation. It is truly a desert, with harsh conditions and an arid climate. If not careful, it is easy to get lost among the sparingly placed cacti and rolling tumbleweeds. Without water or knowledge of the area, it is very possibly to find death in the suffocating heat of the day, or the freezing chill of night. Even so, this is one of the easiest paths for wanderers to find their way into the land. Therefore, it is an ideal place for pack officials to scout. The Wastelands are also the most ideal way in which to enter the Echo Caverns, and therefore makes the inhospitable land unable to be taken by aspiring packs.

NIGHTSHAE STREAM
Neutral. Setting an easy pace, with a smooth ripple across its surface, the stream is a relaxing contrast to its parental river. This slower-going flow of water branches off from the Clearwater River in many places all over the landscape. Instead of giving each branch off its own name, they are all called by the same dark title. Though the water here is not nearly as deep as the majority of the river - only coming up to chest level in the deepest parts - there are some areas where it can be two or three times as wide. Still, the movement of the water is hardly cause for alarm should a pup be swept away, and there are many rocks that protrude from the waters surface.

CLEARWATER RIVER
Neutral. The river snakes its way through the lands, starting well beyond the northwestern border. It flows at a fast pace, through the valley and dropping from the Whispering Falls, one of the few places the flow calms dramatically. The beast continues onward, only to mix with the waters of Mountbay Lake before exiting into the sea that compromises the eastern edge. In the most dangerous spots, the water is deep and turbulent, a near-impossible swim for even the strongest of wolves. Unlike the stream, it is a dangerous and formidable enemy. For a pup to fall in would most certainly spell disaster, only made worse by jagged rocks and stones.

ECHO CAVERN
Neutral. A place of mystery and intrigue, the Echo Cavern is the centerpiece of many tales passed down through the generations. There is but one entrance, embedded into the side of Demon's Dirge on the outskirts of the Wasteland. Just a few yards into its depths, and the light cast away, else devoured by a darkness that seems to be never ending. Without sight, wolves face the trials of the tunnels using their other senses, and their souls to guide them. More often than not, wolves become lost or confused in the maze, some to never return to the light. The deeper one treads into the oblivion of the labyrinth of tunnels, the more moonstones will be found embedded in the cavern walls, helping to light the way with a soft white-blue glow. At the very heart, the deepest depths of the cavern, is the Shrine of the Gods, usually the only reason for braving through the Echo Cavern at all.

FRIGID TUNDRA
A desolate place, the Frigid Tundra forms the border between the Snowdown Range and the Umbragrove. Like an unforgiving desert, not many animals traverse this place. The ground is frozen and the winds harsh, kicking blinding amounts of snow and ice into the air. It lacks any vegetation except for a meager array of shrubs along its southern border. One could easily get lost if they didn't know the area.

SNOWDOWN RANGE
These stalagmites aren't as tall as the Guardian Mountains, but the chain covers nearly the entire northern border of Kadingir. Always topped with heavy snow and freezing winds due to the drop in temperature towards the north, they are rightfully named. As the light of Magic dims, it is also amplified in shimmering waves of color just behind the peaks, providing a sight similar to the aurora borealis at all times.

TWIN PEAKS
Tucked away in the northeastern corner of the wolves' expansive home territory are two peaks of monstrous proportions. Taller than any of the other mountains found around Kadingir , they are an extension of the Snowdown Range, and are therefore just as cold and snow-capped as the rest of them, if not more so. Near the base can be found an area of stalwart pines, braving the freezing winds and ice of this frigid northern climate.

SHORE CAVE
Nestled into the eastern side of the Guardian Mountains, blended with the rocks that litter across the Water's Edge, lies the entrance to the oasis. When the tide comes in, the water flows through the large opening, through the spacious tunnel, lifting up and over the mound of dirt and rocks that previously blocked its path, and pouring into the secluded lake beyond. It is a cavern, less elaborate than the Echo Caverns, yet still amazing in its own way. Through a large opening in the ceiling, sunlight pours in, reflecting off the surface of the water and casting a surreal glow throughout the cave. The water itself is a brilliant shade of the deepest blue, making it truly seem like a diamond in the rough.
